Abstract Submission
Should you wish to submit an abstract to present your work, please note the two options available:

  1. Poster - All delegates are encouraged to present a poster on their work, which will be displayed for the duration of the event. Examples include an outline of a research plan or methodologies/a finished piece of work.
Please note all posters should be A0 in size and portrait orientation (Height x Width 1189mm x 841mm)
  1. Poster Spotlight – Should you wish to present a presentation alongside your poster, the event will allow the opportunity for a series of short ‘poster spotlights’. Please note these short presentations must be no longer than 5 PowerPoint slides, and last no more than 5 minutes. The presentation will take place at the front of the room; therefore your poster will not be next to you when you talk though your slides. Please also note the following points if you are applying for a Poster Spotlight Place:
  • - There are a maximum of 15 Poster Spotlight positions available
  • - Abstracts will be reviewed by the SETAC UK council and only selected delegates will be invited to present in the poster spotlight format
  • - Delegates that submit an abstract for a poster spotlight that are not selected will still be invites to display a poster
